Live for yourself

Sairam friends,

I am writing this for people who stop themselves from doing what they want to do just because they are concerned about what others will think of them?. There is a difference between being selfish and living for yourself.

Being selfish is a bad nature but “Living for yourself” attitude is simply a way of expressing what you really are irrespective of what your friends, relatives, or the society as a whole thinks about you.

I have noticed people really get tensed when they are in crowd. Like, When I am in front of many people I may or may not know personally, doing something and if something goes wrong, then I get really tensed. I tried to analyse why I get tensed like this. It is because I am uncomfortable in doing a mistake infront of others. Is it always possible to be right? Its going to take sometime for me to change myself.

If I wanted to do something in my life, I must not fear for doing mistakes in front of others. Its obvious that we might face some difficulties in anything we do. So I must learn to be cool even when things do not work as I wish.

Its easy to say this but hard to practically apply.

Secondly, We want all situation to be perfectly alright. When there is a small issue, we get tensed and it hinders our growth.

I am sure many Sai devotees has similar problem as me. Do not regret for what happened. We cannot always be appreciated. Its not possible to do anything perfectly in all occasions. When things go wrong, never think about what others will think of you. Simply, keep your mind relaxed, remember Sai and work on the solution.

After all, its an imperfect world.

I like the below quotes..

“You’ve gotta dance like there’s nobody watching,

Love like you’ll never be hurt,
Sing like there’s nobody listening,
And live like it’s heaven on earth.”
