India’s wasted bandwidth

Sairam friends,

Few years back when I was in one of my cousin’s home, he was pouring lots of water on the floor. My uncle told his son “Don’t waste electricity”. I was blinking for a while as I din’t know what he humorously meant that we use the electricity for Motor to fill the water in tank on top of the house. So when we waste water, we also waste electricity.

This co-relation of ordinary Indian’s is what excites me and makes me smile.

I realized what I do in the next couple of years is going to be my “Life’.  I might have become someone I wanted to be but probably I did not work hard for it. So let me do something that makes my life meaningful.

When ever I see youngster’s chat with their mobile ( I do it too), hang out with their friends and use Internet for all “wrong” reasons, I think if their life also be meaningless after few years. Irrespective of being good in education and ability to get placed in a organization, they would still lack some basic qualities to excel in personal and professional life.

There are so many good ways to make use of internet but most of us, neither use it or use it for simply entertaining our senses.

I was just wondering why on earth many young girls and guys are interested in following their favorite movie stars on Twitter? Not to mention following TV anchors.

These movie stars are proud of the count in their twitter account while to me, Its waste of hard earned parents money. How much do we pay for Mobile Data/Broadband internet every month.

If an actor has a million followers and he uploads a photograph, imagine how much of data has gone just looking at some idiot standing in the shooting spot showing their teeth.

“I am not against these actors. I am against these people who follow them because I care for these ordinary Indian’s who must be “Selfish”.I want them to follow their ambitious dreams.”

Further, how many actors in India has really created a revolution online that has inspired and motivated millions of youths to lead a better life? None.

Let’s go beyond twitter.

Youtube is one of the best innovation of this century but I wish we use it for “Good”.

Most of Indian youngster’s even from middle class families have not yet realized how to make use of Internet and Mobile devices to make their life better.

I simply call it “India’s wasted bandwidth”.

Next time, when you see the numbers they pay to get a license for 2G,3G or 4g auction from Department of Telecommunication, remember, you are the end consumer who has a share in that huge sum.

Are you going to waste it or use it for good?

Its is your personal decision.

in this world THOSE WHO GIVE ADVICES are madmen even if their advices are genuine.
Youngsters do not care about such advices. Times are changing.

STILL….. WE BELIEVE WE LIVE IN INDIA WHICH IS A KARMA BHOOMI AND WE HAVE FAITH IN HER TRADITIONS …… FOLLOWING THE WORDS OF ELDERS AND OTHER EXPERIENCED PEOPLE IS FOR ONE’S OWN GOOD.

in this way, we are different from the westerners.

May sai bless you to make your wishes apply like a hammer in their hearts.
