I am reading the holy book Guru Charitra which tells the story of Saint Narasimha Saraswati now. He is a Datta avatar like our Shirdi Saibaba. There are many incidents which makes us understand how beautiful is Guru Bhakti. Shirdi Saibaba asked Kusha Bhav do parayan of Guru Charitra for 108 times. Kusha bhav did this task by taking lots of efforts. He read the whole Guru Charitra in 3 days and repeated it for 10 month. Then only he returned to Shirdi.
If Saibaba himself has asked his ardent devotee to read a book, imagine its divinity.
Most of the times, we are upset with life and we get fedup. During such situations, only listening to stories of true Guru like Sri Pada Sri Vallabha and Narasimha Saraswati can make us feel “Sai will certainly do good to us”
All true saints are one and there’s no difference between them. Hence, if you love Sai, you can also read Guru Charitra remembering him.
There’s always a thought if Saibaba will bless us if we read holy book of some other good saint? If the saint is really divine and an ancient saint, then certainly Sai’s blessings are going to reach you.

During every period in my life, I had been intensely devoted to one of the Datta incarnations and I know how they work.
I might not have been someone who has been blessed with a happy life like the world expects as of now, but I know Saibaba gave me several reasons to believe my life will be good. Once, when I was in Mumbai, I kept chanting the holy mantra uniting all 5 Datta Avatar. I literally had seen holy people coming all the way to place where I had breakfast in the road side. They never spoke to me. One man waved his palm, smiled and left and the other man just showed his presence to me.
Trust me, all good guru’s have a long term plan for you.
You have to go through the pain as of now because there’s no instant gratification as we desire when it come’s to our complicated life. We must learn to be devoted to our Guru and lead a life that deserves his blessings.
