Do not assume religious places are safe. There are both good and bad people everywhere

Sairam friends,

I started writing regularly in StarSai after almost 4 to 5 years. So, let me express all that I had in my mind. Do not trust any place to be safe. Tomorrow, if I build a place where people can walk-in and do worship too, never trust the people there. I will live for 20 – 30 years more and if I die sooner then, it’s good for the world.

The reason is that both good and bad humans will be in any place and this includes a religious place too. When I mean place, it could be a temple, ashram or any spiritual organization for that matter.

Experience in a Small Saibaba temple

This is not the Sai mandir I visit regularly. This is a small Saibaba temple in Coimbatore. It should be sometime in 2019. I got a new job and hence went there during lunch when the temple was almost closed after the Madhyan aarti. The priest was sitting there outside temple. I usually talk to everyone I like in temple or atleast smile to them.

He told me that he’s from Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh and was working in a temple there. I told him that I know about the Maha Kaleeswar temple there. For reasons unknown he got my number. In the next 2 days, he started messaging me like a psycho. I know the person who built this temple and wanted to let him know that this priest will ruin his name. But I could not visit the temple. I know very well, he will be caught someday and obviously he’s not in that temple when I visited after few month.

Now, imagine this has happened to a girl. There are lots of psycho roaming around covering themselves in the name of Sai and religion.

Lust and greed is everywhere

In India, we have an assumption that someone spiritual is good, pure and something religious is always safe. You should be careful. I started writing this article when I saw a news that in a famous pilgrim city in India, a 13 year old got pregnant. Whenever I see news that children are being harmed, it deeply hurts me.

In Kaliyug, there are chances that people will use religion and spirituality as a cover to hide their negative aspects.

One of the reason I started posting music videos and songs I like in the end of the previous 2 blogs is that, I do not want to sound like I am creating campaign for people to be too religious and spiritual. Be yourself and have a balance.

Even Shirdi Saibaba do not like when we focus only on him. I mean, you should focus on your studies, your work, your family and then, have a time for Sai or your other spiritual endeavors.

There are a few who says, I read Sai Satcharitra repeatedly. Nothing wrong if you have that habit. But read good books. Read all good books. All writings comes from God. So, give respect for all good writings.

I get emails from those working in spiritual organizations

I am not blaming anyone. I sometimes receive emails from those working in large spiritual organizations about their problems. I usually delete such emails as I do not want to keep track of it. Even for those who work in spiritual organizations, I know there are problems.

Some people knows how to control their emotions and some will choose to get into wrong path.

Have a direct approach policy – Direct to God – Direct to Sai

India has given birth to several fake gurus. Thanks to YouTube and Instagram. When you are depressed, you might come across an idiot speaking about some religious stuff. Do you want to believe him.

Okay. Let’s ignore others.

Let’s imagine you land on the videos I make.

You could email me.

I just just reply based on my past experiences.

I don’t know your future and what’s the right advice to give you. I can only say what I assume is good for your future. What if I misguided you. When I do not know to take decision for my own life, I don’t think, my guidance will always be right. I write to people because they will feel okay, someone is replying me when I am facing difficult phase in my life. Not because I have a solution for their problems.

But fake guru’s will not tell this to you. They will make you a fool.

This is why you should focus on Guru who are “Antaryami”. Most of our ancient saints have ability to live in yourself.

Keep this as a policy.

Why do you want a middle man?

You don’t need a fake guru in between you and God or Shirdi Saibaba.

So, speak to Shirdi Saibaba in your heart. Speak to Lord Shiva, Goddess Durga in your heart.

Saibaba uses me as instrument but I am still an ordinary human

I used to have dreams of those whom I have never spoken to. It could be in temple or the place I worked earlier. Some of these dreams confused me and some dreams helped me.

In the end, I have never changed other’s life. I have never done anything that will transform their life.

It is your own devotion that will change your life. Your own hard work that will change your life.

So focus directly on Shirdi Saibaba.

Focus directly on Gods and Goddess you love.

If you are planning a pilgrimage, be normal to judge people there. You cannot judge anyone just because they do some religious or spiritual work. They should really be good. Even if you know someone for years, it’s hard to judge if they are really good.

Good humans are every where. Just pray that you will only come across good people in your life.

Note – I am a temple person. I love temples. I often speak to priests and others I come across in Temples. I love ancient temples. I might build a temple in future if Sai wills. This article is just to clarify you should not trust people blindly. There are many good priests and staff in temples or religious organization. But there could be few who are hiding behind it not showing their real face.
