Don’t irritate devotees in the name of doing Service

Sairam friends,

This morning, I had a dream as if I am in some city of India. Not telling you which city as I believe this applies to all Temples, all over the world. I am not telling the name of the temple but just what I saw. It was like, few Men and Women dressed to do Service to help devotees standing and making devotees go in a Line to have darshan of Shirdi Saibaba.

Some of these Men are standing close to each other and the way they help devotees honestly was irritating. I felt, we must not behave rude and harsh to devotees while trying to help them. Its already happening in many temples. Please remember, Devotees aren’t too understanding. Agreed. Each one of them wanted to go ahead fast and get back to their home but your responsibility is to be kind to them.

You are not there to do the so called service to order devotees and treat them harsh.

Do not take advantage that you are doing service in temple or any spiritual organization. Better be calm, understanding and kind. At times, You might have to shout but treat devotees near you with some respect.

After all, You are not standing in Kashmir border and securing a Nation. You are simply, comfortably doing service to Saibaba.

Sai blessings,

Venkat
