Words are powerful which is why Shirdi Saibaba asks us to speak less

Sairam friends,

After my Appa passed away in 2021 May, I was not able to write much in StarSai.com

I work from home and in the evening, I visit the Saibaba temple here in Coimbatore. I love sweeping the temple and hopefully, I like to do it for lifetime. But there’s nothing permanent in life. So, we could say, I like to sweep the temple at night as long as Saibaba wants me to.

Now, let’s come to this story.

My Mother is not well these days and once in a while my time is spent in taking care of my mother. Having said that, I had wrote over 2000 articles on Saibaba or my favorite Gods and dreams I had before AI Era. So, why not write articles on Saibaba using AI?

I like to create images and videos using AI but when it comes to spirituality and Sai’s work, I believe AI is dangerous when we use it to generate words.

Words are powerful. Even one word replaced with another sends a different message to people who read it. Also, words create emotions based on the context of a reader and the situation he or she is in. So, it’s better to be careful when we use AI to generate textual content.

I am talkative but this is not a good nature. I don’t think people who talk much has ever been without problems. Our conversations, text messages we share with friends, family members and others in society is conveying a message about us to them. Maybe, we should stay alert on the words we use.

Any form of communication, be it verbal or written communication in spirituality should be made by human manually. You can certainly write a book using AI, design using AI or make videos too. But one should be careful when they let AI take over spiritual guidance. I wrote Shirdi Saibaba Speaks from Dwarakamai, years back after chanting Saibaba’s holy name continuously. I maintain the copyright as I do not want people to believe it’s really going to guide them. I don’t want Sai devotees to make it a habit to check that often. It should never be used with AI. It should remain static.

Use it rarely. Not to get guidance but to find peace in your life. When things don’t happen in our life, we need some good words. That’s my intention when I wrote Sai speaks from Dwarkamai.

Forget answers from Saibaba in the work I did.

My life is a proof that even some Sai dreams won’t come true because not all dreams are shown to come true. I suffered a lot due to some dreams Sai showed me because I reacted to it with excitement.

Surprisingly, I am politically inclined these days and I am not happy with the governance happening in India. I also get dreams related to political leaders. I see it as dreams from Saibaba but like any other Sai dreams, I myself do not understand the meaning of these dreams. I just believe Saibaba has working on something good.

People sometimes call me and ask why I am not writing new blog as much as before. I could have used AI to write a lot more these days than what I did years back. The problem is that, once I used it and felt it’s not me. I write with spelling and grammar mistakes. I write with the flow of my mind. I write with love and devotion on Saibaba. I don’t think any AI tool can express what I want other than myself. I want my writings to be with mistakes. This is not a book. This is just an expression of ordinary Sai devotee. I am full of mistakes in my career, personal life and every thing I did in my life. So why should Sai’s work be perfect?

All of us are not living inside our own life now. Today, we are exposed to too many visuals, images and conversations. So, internally, we are self-fish but we consume too much information from across the world. When we are influenced by too many external visuals and conversations, I don’t think we can speak without mistakes or without hurting others. How can words be good when mind is cluttered by too many content we consume. So, I feel, it’s better to speak less. Atleast, keep a watch on what we speak if we are talkative.

I think Saibaba has asked Abdul Baba if I am not wrong the following,

1.Eat Less.

2.Sleep Less.

3.Not sure if he asked him to speak less but when I ask myself, I would say, I eat even late in the night if I get hungry, I sleep a lot and I talk unnecessarily if not much.

I am full of mistakes.

Sai is forgiving. So he accepted me as I am.

Try to be yourself in AI era.
