Planning little film on Shirdi Saibaba

Yesterday, I did some photography at work and felt good but some videos were out of focus as mistakes do happen when I shoot. Taking photos at work is easy for me but making sure the people I photograph receives their pictures is hard as it takes lots of requests to transfer pictures to the space they can view and I also don’t know most of them personally to send by mail.

I tried not to do photography and be calm but honestly, I have always been influenced by Music, Photography and Filmmaking. I just assured my parents I won’t take that as my full time career because they feel I will once again get into filmmaking. I just wanted to live as Sai wants me to lead my life.

I listened to the new Samsung India Service ad film last morning and was hooked to the voice of the little girl Prerna who sings in the end

The Nusrat fateh ali khan song in the ad film is so beautiful. I kept asking my friend how can someone have such golden voice? Since the song is in Urdu, I asked my friend to tell me the meaning.Finally, I found it myself. I want the complete version of this song in this little girls voice. Please mail if you have.

I torchured my friends at work playing this ad film again and again. If I like a song, I will listen to it so many times. The other day, I was listening to Alessia Cara – How Far I’ll Go repeatedly. One of this guy gave me 10 Rupees. I asked him for what? He said, “Please don’t play this song again”..he he..

Anyway, I love the lyrics so much. It goes like this..

Lets make little film on Shirdi Sai Baba

This morning, I had lots of dreams but really forgot what I saw. Only the last part is in my memory. I saw myself in a street in Shirdi. I know this street very well. We can reach that if we walk in the road straight opposite to Dwarakamai. First, you will cross Laxmi Bhai sindhe’s house. Continue to walk…keep walking which will lead to a right turn. I see myself in a shop getting something sacred in this street.

That’s it.

I woke up, cleaned our home as my Mom asked me to sweep. Then, I did some work and helped my parents in making pongal. I made a simple video of our Pongal making as I wanted to keep this as a memory. I need some time to edit.

I wanted to use little I know in photography and filmmaking for Sai. I am bored when I myself talk about Saibaba. Its very monotonous and I don’t like showing my face on video. So I plan to make 3 to 5 minute film on Shirdi Saibaba by interviwing Sai devotees.

May be, answer for questions like “How did you start to worship Shirdi Saibaba? will get me beautiful answers.

So lets see how it goes.
