Om Sai Ram friends,
After my dear Appa passed away before 2 years, my devotion towards Saibaba has not been that strong. I mean, I continue to serve Saibaba, regularly visit Saibaba temple but deep inside, I was not happy with what Saibaba did to my life.
Having said that, only my life is in struggle. Saibaba has certainly taken care of our family if we see from birds eye view. I mean to say, just because something bad happened in our family, we cannot blame Saibaba completely.
There are a few incidents which happened in our family which deeply pained me and my Mother. Later, we realized that Saibaba has saved us and has been protecting us all these days.
Even during the times I hate Saibaba, I never stopped going to Saibaba temple or worshipping Saibaba. This is because, sai devotion is not an outcome of our connection with Saibaba in this birth alone. We have been associated with Shirdi Saibaba for several births and hence we cannot avoid Sai completely. Atleast not me.
Last afternoon, I was sleeping and suddenly felt a sudden surge in my body. It was as if I am about to fall down and a divine force is holding me from falling.
In the evening, I went to Saibaba temple here in Coimbatore. I went inside the main hall and came near Dwarakamai when a devotee I know asked me if I need a book of Sai Satcharitra? I humbly told him that I do not need it as I have copy at home.
Seems, some lady has given this book to the priest and asked him to gift it to a good devotee. So, the other devotee was given the task of choosing the good devotee to gift the book which I denied. The priest saw me from inside the Dwarakamai and shouted “Give the book to him only”.
So, this devotee told me,”He wants you to accept the book” and I also agreed to it.
Finally, the holy book of Sri Sai Satcharitra was given to me as gift.
I went inside the temple to sweep as these days me and my friend Ravi used to sweep Nagasai Mandir main hall. I also read few pages of Sai Satcharitra and felt Saibaba wants me to focus on reading his stories.
Maybe, something good will happen in my life.
Something good will happen to anyone who reads Sai Satcharita.
I do not encourage group Parayan of Sai Satcharita etc. Before years I was doing it but now, I felt these Whatsapp groups, and groyp parayans are a distraction from Sai. So, always read Sai Satcharita personally sitting in a calm and peaceful place.
Your devotion should be known only to you and Sai.
