Have "Faith" in Sai Baba as beautiful as Flowers
because Shradha (Faith) is beautiful
Shradha Is a Flower you offer in holy feet of Sai
Why do you worship Saibaba? Because you believe that Sai cares for you and your family and will certainly fulfill your wish. Its a beautiful thing which can't be explained in words to be a "Sai Devotee". Having "Faith" in Saibaba and remembering him uttering the holy name of "Sai" itself is punya we gained due to the good deeds we did in several previous births.
Does all who worship Shirdi Saibaba get benefited ( Spiritually and Materialistically". Saibaba has answered to this in Sai Satcharitra when Hamadpant questioned as above to Sai. Sai said
"Look at the Mango tree in full blossom with numerous tiny flowers. Does all these flowers become a fruit?
So having faith is not enough. We must have ability to tolerate all the ups and downs in our life and continue to have immense patience on Sai Baba.
