Remember Guru every moment and be free from Karmic bonds

Sairam friends,

I woke up a bit early this morning and really was sitting looking at my Monitor few minutes thinking what to write. I referred some Books of Shirdi Saibaba to get ideas to write something useful. I liked the leela of Sai’s ardent devote Megha who worshiped Sai as Lord Shiva.

Megha likes to chant “Sai Shankar, Sai Shankar, Sai Shankar” remembering Sai intensely from bottom of his heart with devotion. Once he desired to offer a holy bath to Sai along with bhel leaves ( Vilva leaves) offering. So Megha walked bare foot to the banks of Godavari river, collected Bhel leaves, water and did holy bath for Sai chanting “Har Har Gange”.

This is a very familiar incident and every Sai devotee who has read Sai Satcharitra knows how intimate was Megha towards Saibaba.

Remember Guru every moment and be free from Karmic bonds

I wanted to write something else today. So I thought of talking to you about “Karmic Bond.” I myself may not put it right. So take the below words as my personal opinion.

Example 1 – Many Sai devotees who face relationship problem write me saying my girl friend/ boy friend was close to me. I trusted her/him. Then why we got separated? Will She/he come back in my life?

I know a girl who did lots of puja, she read Guru Charitra and Sai Satcharitra and was very devoted to sai as she prayed her friend will come back to her.  After a year, when the guy got married to some other girl, she stopped being devoted to Sai as before.

There are many such examples even when after marriage. Some are forced in to a situation to get divorce and separate. During such times the question that props up in mind is..

“If we are supposed to be separated, then why did we meet?”

Well. That’s what Karmic Bond is.

Some relationship happens just because we have something to pay back to the person concerned. Every relationship which happens is like the meeting of wooden logs carried away in a river. Like how one wooden log will touch another one for few minutes and obviously carried away in different direction as per the movement of water, some relationships too break up.

The problem with human mind is that we can’t live like a Wooden log with no emotion. We are pained due to this separation and get into depression.

During such times, people simply pray Sai to help them get back their love. Instead try to use Sai Devotion to divert your mind. May be Sai has better plans for you.

Control your emotions and offer it in the holy feet of your Guru Shirdi Saibaba. Gradually divert your mind in various good activities. You will certainly be blessed with a peaceful life.

Example 2

Many people take wrong decision in their Business/Career. They simply want to grow and choose the wrong place to work. When they face difficulties, they worry why Sai din’t help them and stopped them from taking a wrong decision. For Gods sake, don’t drop chits to Saibaba and select one to take any decision. I myself do it but I don’t take it as Sai’s assurance alone. We must think beyond this, have patience and realize what’s right for us.

May be its your Karmic bond which has moved you to the wrong place or a business that fails.

In both the cases, Karmic bond has a close relationship with forgetting Guru and developing desire.

Accept life as it is, Give up Desire and be content with what you have.

We can’t give up desires and never really be contented with what we have. We always want more from Sai and at times, It may lead us to the wrong path or relationship which ends up in pain.  Further, Failure isn’t bad. So its not something you must have avoided. Failures gives you more wisdom and knowledge than success you gain. So you can shape your life for good based on past experiences.

I am writing this article because

1.  Remembering the Guru is the toughest thing to do. You can remember Sai few minutes but not every moment. So at least try to remember Guru when ever you can.

2. Don’t stick to your desires and move on. You have a beautiful life ahead.

Some people simply stick to their past relationship, good days etc and simply get into depression. Kindly divert your kind with Sai devotion. Do something useful for yourself and others.

Karmic Bonds are simply the debt you are supposed to pay back based on your good and bad deeds in this and previous several births.

Remembering Guru and Gods you love every moment can free you from Karmic Bonds and you can escape from worst.

I am getting late to work now

Hope I din’t bore you.

Tata
