Come out of negative thoughts by remembering Shirdi Saibaba

Sairam friends,

There are millions of Shirdi Saibaba devotees and most of us don’t have time to remember Saibaba including me. We are busy with the ups and downs in life that we honestly can’t think about Sai the moment our mind needs his most.

Why remembering Guru is important?

Only when we are too depressed or facing the difficult situations in life, we are carried away by our negative qualities like anger, greed and lust. We worry so much about the situation we are in that we completely forget what Sai has told us. Saibaba don’t like arguments. He has said “If someone hurts you by words or otherwise, say a word or two and move away silently”

This is not for arguments between you and others alone. These words were said by Sai for arguments inside yourself.

If you always think about something, then your mind will be arguing to yourself. You think things that’s certainly not going to change your life. If you want to grow your in life, all you have to do is think one thing and think with clarity. Believe in what you do without fear and worries.

As always, never expect anything from anyone or any work you do. Just be honest and sincere without expecting anything.

Get insulted, be hurt and be happy for it for the world belongs to people who have several wounds in their heart.

Now coming to what you can do to come out of negative thoughts, here’s it

  1. Think about the best thing you wanted to do in life and write about it. Plan what can be done to achieve that.
  2. Do not fear little things in life. Its just one life. So live it fully and positively.
  3. When ever a negative thought props up, imagine that your Sai uprooted it and in the same place planted a beautiful fresh, plant with lots of flowers.

There’s a term used if you go counselling with professionals. They call it “Automatic Negative Thinking” – ANT

What ever happens, your mind will only think about the negative side of it initially and it makes you fear. Once you are conquered by fear, life will be a disaster.

Why think negative? Instead go for “Automated Positive thinking”

What ever anyone says or when ever you are about to do something, think positive.

Say to yourself – This will be fine or I will do well in this.

If I fail, i will gain experience. So its good for my future.

Take all the worries and throw it away in the mud. Look into the sky and you will realize

“You have to open your mind like the sky”

Open up and be happy

How do you remember Sai? Whole of StarSai is about remembering Sai in any ways that’s most comfortable for you.

You can chant his holy name. You can do small pooja, you can meditate or simply go temple. You can do good deeds. All this is a way of remembering Sai and living positive.
